Aric’s career began on an 8-acre island in the British Virgin Islands, where managing an open-air restaurant accessible only by boat turned “communication and logistics” into a survival skill. That early experience working with people from every corner of the globe shaped a professional philosophy centered on adaptability, communication, and clear-headed problem-solving.

With over two decades of experience at major media hubs like Clear Channel and NBC,  Aric has navigated the fast-paced markets of Raleigh-Durham and beyond. From executing multi-layered campaigns for iconic brands like Coca-Cola and UNC Athletics to managing multi-million-dollar sales budgets for a luxury homebuilder, he has a proven track record of driving results through personalized service. With a background spanning radio, television, and digital tactics, Aric brings a cross-platform and creative perspective to every project. He is fueled by a genuine curiosity for the nuances of business and a passion for connecting brands with the people they serve.

Aric is a Delaware coast native and former ocean rescue squad member who thrives in high-pressure environments – quite literally, as he has an odd passion for severe weather and being in the eye of the storm.

He spends his downtime exploring National Parks in a Sprinter van with his wife, hiking challenging trails that push mental and physical boundaries, or getting his Siberian Husky, Everest, and Labradoodle, Hank, into a frenzy.
